As a lifelong resident of the Asheville area, I feel fortunate to have raised my three children in the beautiful surroundings of Western North Carolina. I also love exploring the great outdoors through hiking, camping, backpacking, and kayaking. For more about my professional background, feel free to visit my Psychology Today profile.
