Collaboration with
clinicians and coaches:
I love supporting other professionals, looking to provide equine assisted psychotherapy and learning for their clients. If you have a client who you believe would benefit from the experiential process of forming relationships with horses, please reach out. This intervention allows clients the opportunity to embody many of the principles and concepts you might be discussing in the office. Practitioners report that the information and content that surfaces in the arena provides extensive insight and content that can then be addressed in future sessions in the office. These sessions are usually 90 minutes at minimum and can be added as needed. Use of the facility and equine specialist support is $75 per hour. Please reach out if you would like more information.
Consultation for horse owners:
My practice with decades of experience with horses in various settings and as an equine therapist as provided me with a unique perspective on our relaiontship with our equine partners. The trainings I have received has improved my relationship with my own horses as well as the horses I continue to come in contact with. I tell folks often, “I have been around horses for 40 years, but I have only been WITH them for the last 10.” If you are a horse owner and you feel your relationship with your horse is not based on mutual trust and respect, I am happy to come to your farm/facilty and offer consultation to help you improve that relationship. This is not a therapeutic service, nor am I a horse trainer. My expertise is in relationships and relationship building from a place that neither exploits or objectifies the other. This service is simply a way for me to share my personal growth as a horse woman with others who may be seeking to improve the relationship with their equine partners. This service is $100/hour within a 20 mile radius of Asheville. Please contact me with questions or for more information.
