Individual Psychotherapy:

Individual psychotherapy is available both virtually and in person. Currently, in person sessions are available on Tuesdays and Fridays at the Merrimon Avenue office. Walk and Talk and virtual sessions are available on Wednesdays and Thursdays. 

I am in network with BCBS, UHC, Aetna, and Cigna. There are private pay and sliding scale options as well.

Trauma Focused Equine Assisted Psychotherapy

Thank you for your patience during this transition. Following Hurricane Helene, we have temporarily paused our trauma-focused equine-assisted psychotherapy sessions as we relocate our horses.

 

This unique therapeutic approach is rooted in the relational healing principles of Natural Lifemanship, and no prior horse experience is necessary. For more information or to learn about this therapeutic modality, please feel free to reach out.

Equine Assisted Learning Intensives:

Temporarily Unavailable

Thank you for your patience during this transition. Following Hurricane Helene, we have temporarily paused our trauma-focused equine-assisted psychotherapy sessions as we relocate our horses.

Individual equine assisted learning intensives are offered on select Saturdays. These 3 hour intensives provide individuals with an opportunity to work with the horses and a Healing Connections Wellness  licensed professional to address specific concerns or barriers through experiential practice and relationship building skills. Intensives are not billed through insurance and are only availbale at the private pay rate of $350 per 3 hour session. Please contact us for more information about Equine Assisted Learning.
